Virginia was a longtime parishioner of St. Luke’s since moving to Waldwick in 1962. She was devoted to her Catholic faith, and was a loving mother, caring wife, and devoted sister and daughter. Her sister, Marie Fabano, said, “God blessed me with a special sister, beautiful inside and out. For as long as I can remember, her unconditional love was always there for me and our family. We would spend hours together during the day and more hours talking and laughing on the phone each night. The Virginia Firriolo Memorial Scholarship is issuing a $5,000 scholarship to prospective or current college students.
